The main line adopts the standard construction of two-way four-lane expressway, the design speed is 80 km/h, the whole line is equipped with 25,321 meters/53 bridges, 45,142 meters/23 tunnels, and the bridge-to-tunnel ratio is 89.15%.

The estimated total investment of this project is 21.017 billion yuan, of which: the investment in the Weishan section is 6.476 billion yuan, and the investment in the Fengqing section is 14.541 billion yuan, with an average cost of 265 million yuan per kilometer.

Shuangjiang to Cangyuan Meng Province Expressway

The project is located in Shuangjiang County, Cangyuan County and Gengma County, Lincang City, Yunnan Province. The starting point of the route is near Modaohe Village on the east side of Shuangjiang County, connecting Linxiang to the end of the Shuangjiang Expressway under construction; the end of the route is located in the north of Hepingzhai, Mengshen Town, and is set up with the Ruili-Menglian Expressway under construction in Meng Province. The hubs are interconnected. The total length of the route is 51.683 kilometers. The main line adopts the standard construction of two-way four-lane expressway with a design speed of 80 km/h.
