Project Overview

The cooperation period of the ecological governance in the Luanping section of the Chaohe River Basin and the integrated development of the rural revitalization industry and the comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste is 25 years, of which the construction period is 5 years and the operation period is 20 years. The cooperation period of the first phase of the project is 20 years, of which the construction period is 3 years and the operation period is 17 years; the cooperation period for the comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste is 20 years, and the adjustment mechanism and related agreements are subject to the implementation plan. Facility projects will be pushed forward, and the overall construction and operation period will not exceed 25 years. The capital accounts for 20% of the total project investment; the tenderer contributes 4%, and the social capital contributes 96%.
