Project Overview

The Changshan River Channel runs from Huibu to Shuanggang, with a total length of about 50.9km. It is divided into six levels of development, from upstream to downstream: Baihutan, Tianma, Gedi, Zhaoxian, Hangbu and Huangtang Bridge, and the corresponding ship lock facilities, channel dredging, embankment works, etc. Baihutan, Tianma, Gedi and Zhaoxian hubs are located in Changshan County, and Huangtang Bridge and Hangbu hubs are located in Kecheng. The Huangtangqiao Navigation and Power Project is composed of flood gates, ship locks, and power plants. The hub is located in Huangtangqiao Village, Kecheng District, Quzhou City. The elevation of the riverbed in the hub area is 58.0m to 59.0m and the width is about 180m to 200m. A 16-hole × 14m flood discharge lock + 1-hole emergency ship-passing facility is arranged in the main channel of the river, with a total net width of 238m, and the foundation of the lock chamber is bedrock. The first-line ship lock is arranged on the right side of the flood discharge lock, built near the shore, with a total of 1 hole, and the emergency navigation facility hole is arranged adjacent to it. The power station is arranged on the left side of the flood gate, and the width of the main powerhouse is 47.00m. The installed capacity is 3.6MW. The left bank of the Huangtangqiao Navigation and Power Junction is Xiayutou Village, along the line it is proposed to build the Shangweitou embankment with the top elevation of about 67.00m, and the downstream is planned to build a tidal embankment with the top elevation of 69.60m. At the same time, because the power station needs to be widened to the left bank, the flood control embankment of about 300m needs to be rebuilt upstream of the water inlet of the power station, and the flood control embankment of about 550m needs to be rebuilt downstream to connect with the planned flood control embankment. Area. The flood gate has a total of 16 holes, each with a net width of 14m and a total net width of 224m. The thickness of the middle pier is 2.6m, and the thickness of the side pier is 1.8m. It adopts the floor split structure, the total width of the flood gate section is 266.60m, and the design flow of the flood gate is 6720m3/s. This power station is a river bed type power station. The powerhouse is a part of the water retaining structure. It consists of the main engine room section, the assembly field section and the auxiliary powerhouse located on the downstream side. The total length is 47.00m. The powerhouse powerhouse is located on the left bank beach. The sand flushing gate is adjacent, and the road entering the factory is located on the left side of the factory building, from the left side into the assembly yard, auxiliary factory building and booster station.

Main and auxiliary workshops: The main workshop is 45.00m long, 26.00m wide, and has a construction area of 1170.00m². There are two vertical shaft tubular hydro-generator sets, the turbine model is GZ-WS-440, and the generator model is SFW1800-10/1430; the auxiliary powerhouse is located on the downstream side of the main powerhouse, with a length of 45.00m and a width of 13.87m. , the building area is 625.00m²;

Water inlet and water inlet channel: The water inlet section on the upstream side of the powerhouse is equipped with a trash rack and an inspection door, and a gantry hoist. The inspection platform and the traffic bridge are at the same elevation of 71.00m and the width is 15.96m. The elevation of the nozzle bottom is 49.06m;

Layout of tail water outlet and tail water channel: There is an accident inspection door and a trolley-type hoist at the tail water outlet downstream of the powerhouse. The elevation of the maintenance platform is 62.50m and the width is 7.34m. The elevation of the opening and closing platform is 71.00m and the width is 7.34m. The elevation of the bottom plate of the tail water outlet is 50.65m.

Booster station: The booster station is located on the downstream side of the auxiliary powerhouse. The floor elevation is 71.00m, the length is 15.00m, the width is 15.00m, and the lighting area is 225.00m². The station is equipped with main transformers and outlet racks. The booster station is surrounded by walls. The waterway grade of Changshan River is designed according to the Class III waterway standard, and the tonnage of the designed navigable ships is 1000t; the grade of the hub project is II, and the power station is a small type 2 power station; the main buildings: flood discharge lock, riverbed power station workshop, and the main building of the ship lock Equal to the second-level buildings, secondary buildings: navigation and ship building, slope protection, etc. are the third-level buildings.
