On August 30, 2022, the world's longest 123-meter wind turbine blade was successfully rolled off the production line! Zhongfu Lianzhong, a subsidiary of China National Building Materials Group, has rolled off the production line in less than a year with the fourth blade with a length of over 100 meters!

The length is 123 meters, the mass of a single branch exceeds 50 tons, the diameter of the blade root exceeds 5 meters, and the surface area exceeds 1,000 square meters. These hyperparameters pose enormous challenges to design, manufacture, and transportation.

The manufacturing team simulates the reversal of each production link to make the relevant components and blades unobstructed; using the perfusion technology accumulated over the years, the perfect perfusion of super-large area and super-thick parts is achieved.Editor/Ma Xue
