The new-generation grid-friendly green power station demonstration project in Ulanqab, Inner Mongolia, will be constructed in three phases, with four integrated booster energy storage stations and a smart joint centralized control center. Among them, the first phase of 500,000 kilowatts has been connected to the grid, including 425,000 kilowatts of wind power, 75,000 kilowatts of photovoltaics, and 140,000 kilowatts of energy storage for 2 hours.
What does the source network load storage refer to?
From the perspective of "source", Stirling CSP technology is the first application in China;
From the perspective of "network", based on high-efficiency and high-power routers and ultra-fast and compact current controllers, AC and DC grids with flexible access and flexible interaction are built on this basis;
From the perspective of "load", the energy forecasting system can carry out short-term and medium-long-term forecasting of source and load. Through the guidance of electricity prices, the load side can "cooperate" with the power generation side to reduce production costs;
"Storage" is a highlight of the demonstration park. From the power router equipment with the largest capacity in China, to the dynamic simulation platform of the largest and most diverse energy storage system in China, to the key technologies and engineering application projects of megawatt-hour solid-state lithium-ion battery energy storage... This batch of scientific research achievements It has set a number of "domestic best" and "industry first" records.
It is understood that in the construction of the second and third phases of the project, as a deep cultivator in the field of energy storage, the general contractor China Energy Construction will also demonstrate the application of a variety of new non-lithium battery energy storage technologies to comprehensively promote the technological innovation of the energy storage industry.
After the third phase of the project is put into operation, it will effectively improve the comprehensive efficiency of the local power system, strengthen the coordination and interaction of the source, grid, load and storage links, and at the same time solve the problems of local consumption of new energy and regional power shortage, and continue to explore the power grid side storage in China.
