Recently, the PPP project of the first-phase comprehensive treatment of sewage system in the central urban area of Zhuzhou issued a pre-bid announcement, and the consortium led by Changjiang Ecological Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd. won the pre-bid for the project. The project includes new and existing projects, the franchise period is 30 years, the construction period of new projects is 3 years, and the operation period is 27 years, with a total investment of 3.266 billion yuan.

Project Status

The construction content of the new project includes key implementation projects, comprehensive water environment improvement project in Jianninggang River Basin, comprehensive water environment treatment in Chenbu Port, comprehensive water environment treatment in Chiushi Port, comprehensive water environment treatment in 28 district drainage canals, engineering investigation in the central urban area and Consultation, Fengxi Sewage Treatment Plant Phase II and supporting pipe network engineering, Qunfeng Sewage Treatment Plant Phase I and supporting pipe network engineering and other eight categories and 17 sub-projects.

The first-phase project of Zhuzhou Fengxi Sewage Treatment Plant and its supporting sewage collection pipe network: the design scale of the sewage treatment plant is 25,000 m³/d, and the effluent quality shall comply with the Grade A standard of the urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard GB18918-2002. The first phase of Fengxi Sewage Treatment Plant will build a supporting sewage pipe network collection system of 17.155km and 2 lift pump stations. The scope of sewage collection includes parts of Fengxi Eco-city and Aviation City in Lusong District, covering the middle and lower reaches of the Fengxi Port watershed.

Zhuzhou Longquan Sewage Treatment Plant Phase 1 and 2 and supporting pipe network project: the design scale of the sewage plant is 100,000 m³/d, and the effluent quality shall comply with the Grade A standard of GB18918-2002, the pollutant discharge standard for urban sewage treatment plants.
