The total length of the project route is 87.417 kilometers; of which the Daliuta-Jinjie expressway is 61.732 kilometers long, with 10,102 meters of bridges/38 bridges, including 1 extra-large bridge of 1,296 meters, 29 bridges of 8,403 meters, and 8 bridges of 403 meters. It accounts for 16.4% of the total length of the route; there are 5 interchanges at Liushumao, Huangtelaohai, Shenmu West Station, Yaozhen, and Jinjiebei, 38 separate interchanges, and a 1.7-kilometer connecting line of Daliuta interchange, and Mingaitu hub. 1 interchange; 1 flower-free service area, 6 toll stations, 1 management center, maintenance center, and one traffic police barracks, built together with the Huangte-Laohai Ramp toll station; occupying 6,336.88 acres of land. The Bao-Mao connecting line is 25.685 kilometers long; 9 bridges of 337 meters; 3 interchanges in Nalincaidang, Erlintu and Hongjiannao; 25 passages; 1 toll station; occupying 2756.59 acres of land.

The design speed of Daliuta-Jinjie Expressway K1+700~K22+800 adopts the two-way four-lane expressway standard of 100 km/h and the subgrade width of 26 meters; The design speed of the tie line adopts the two-way four-lane expressway standard of 120 km/h and the subgrade width of 27 meters. The connecting line of Daliu Tower adopts the technical standard of first-class highway, the design speed is 60 km/h, and the width of the roadbed is 24.5 meters.
