Henan will enhance the manufacturing capacity of the whole chain of hydrogen energy production, storage, transportation and processing, focusing on the development of water electrolysis production, storage and processing integration, skid-mounted hydrogenation, mobile high-pressure hydrogenation and other technical equipment, as well as hydrogenation station control integration systems , accelerate the localization of key components such as compressors and hydrogen storage tanks, and reduce the construction and operation costs of hydrogen refueling stations.

Develop the core industry of hydrogen fuel cells and fuel cell vehicles, adhere to both independent research and development, introduction and absorption, build a complete industrial chain of fuel cell vehicles, strengthen supporting services for hydrogen refueling equipment, fuel cell vehicle electronic control systems and other related advantageous enterprises, and build domestic Advanced fuel cell vehicle industry demonstration cluster.
