On September 15, 2022, the first Western Digital Valley Computing Power Industry Conference with the theme of "Data Gathering in Ningxia, Computing Leading the Future" was held in Yinchuan, Ningxia. The conference lasted for two days and adopted the "online + offline" model, and set up a number of activities such as the opening ceremony, the main forum, the sub-forum, the 2022 Yinchuan Smart City Summit, and the 5th Yuntian Conference.

At the conference, 14 strategic cooperation agreements with an agreement value of 271 billion yuan were signed, and 24 investment contracts with a contract value of 72.7 billion yuan were signed. The signed strategic cooperation will focus on building green, low-carbon, and secure data center clusters, building high-speed and direct-connected network infrastructure, building an integrated computing power scheduling system, and enriching typical scenario applications.

At the opening ceremony of the conference, the overall strategy for the construction of the Ningxia hub was also released, and the Western Computing Power Industry Alliance was unveiled.Editor/Ma Xue
