Project Overview

Fujian Three Gorges Offshore Wind Power Industrial Park is located in Fuzhou Jiangyin Gangcheng Economic Zone, Fuqing City, Fuzhou City, adjacent to Fuzhou Port Jiangyin Port Area. It covers an area of 1,000 mu. It has built 5 factories and office and living facilities, with a total construction area of about 187,000 square meters. . It is planned to build Dongfang Motor Factory and Dongfang Automatic Control Factory in the park. The total construction area of the second phase is about 9451.68㎡. The width of the building is about 41.5m and the total length is about 184.60m.

The electrical workshop of Dongfang Electric Factory is a single-storey steel structure workshop with a construction area of about 6034.10 square meters. The workshop includes a temporary storage area for materials, a turning area, a shaft assembly area, a generator assembly area, a complete machine equipment area, a stator temporary storage area, and a factory The finished product is customized for functional areas such as the telescopic spray booth and the rotor assembly area, and a safe passage is arranged on the south side of the workshop. The workshop is a steel structure thermal insulation workshop equipped with air conditioning. The workshop is equipped with a 500T gantry crane with a clear height of 20m. The building height of the motor workshop is 29.8m, the span is 41.5m, and the length is 145.3m. The indoor ground load is considered as 15T/m2.

The automatic control workshop of Dongfang Automation Factory is a two-story reinforced concrete frame structure with a construction area of about 3417.58 square meters. The workshop contains three sections, of which the first floor includes the converter production area, sub-department set area, line production area, and converter debugging. area, warehouse area, transfer area, delivery area, two freight elevators, evacuation stairs, toilets and other functional areas. The second floor includes the pitch production area, the main control production area, the main control debugging area, the pitch debugging area, the warehouse area, Transit area, office and training rooms, as well as functional areas such as two freight elevators and evacuation stair toilets. The height of the first floor of the workshop is 7.2m, the height of the second floor is 5.1m, the building height is 14.0m, the width is 41.5m, and the length is 39.3m.
