In 2018, Tianjin Modern Vocational and Technical College cooperated with Pakistan Punjab Technical Education and Vocational Training Bureau to build Pakistan Luban Workshop, adopting the method of "diploma education + vocational training", focusing on the construction of electrical automation technology and mechatronics technology two majors , to serve the training of technical and skilled personnel in the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor.

Ali is one of the first batch of electrical automation technology students in Pakistan's Luban workshop. After graduation, he obtained the graduation certificate from Tianjin Modern Vocational and Technical College and the Pakistan Punjab Vocational and Technical G3 level certificate.

Beginning in 2021, Pakistan's Luban Workshop will actively promote agricultural machinery training projects and explore the development of vocational skills training courses for the whole process of mechanization of crops. In October of this year, the Pakistan Luban Workshop agricultural machinery training project will be launched online to cultivate more modern agricultural technical skills for the local area.
