In the planning and design level year, the total resettlement population is 551,190 in 2030, of which 388,370 will be resettled in the planned safe area, 162,820 will be temporarily evacuated and transferred, and the total area of 6 new safe areas is planned to be 367.16km2. The total length of the embankment in the safety zone is 125.847km.
