On September 20, 2022, at the construction site of the swivel bridge on the Mianxi Expressway across the Ningxi Railway in Nanyang City, Henan Province, the T-frame beam weighing 21,000 tons slowly rotated clockwise. The Xixi project is the first batch of construction projects of the "Shuangqian Project" of the expressway of the Henan Provincial Department of Transportation. The starting point is located at the Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway, the north is connected to the Shuanglong-Xixia section of the Zhengxi Expressway, and the end point is located in the northwest of Madeng Town, Xichuan County.
