Zaparov paid close attention to China's development. Zaparov said that in the face of the ever-changing international situation and increasing unstable factors, the joint construction of the Belt and Road will create conditions for promoting regional development. Kyrgyzstan was one of the first countries to support the joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative. Zaparov said that in recent years, with the assistance of China, a large number of livelihood projects in Kyrgyzstan have been implemented, involving infrastructure, energy, medical care, education, irrigation and other fields. The joint construction of the Belt and Road will create opportunities for the development of Central Asia and build the region into a transcontinental transportation hub connecting east, west, north and south. Zaparov is full of confidence in the prospect of future cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and China.
