On September 29, 2022, the group company signed a strategic cooperation agreement with TIE5 in Beijing. Li Bing, general manager and Deputy Party Secretary of the Group company, Tang Youfu, Party secretary and chairman of the board of the Fifth Institute of Iron attended the signing ceremony. Gao Yufeng, vice general manager of the group and Tu Qiang, vice president of the Fifth Institute of Iron signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.

Li Bing introduced the history, location layout, qualification and performance, business scale, industrial sector and so on. He said that the business of China Railway 21 Bureau involves railway, highway, municipal, housing, water conservancy, emerging industries and other fields. The market layout is gradually optimized.
