Project overview

The project will be financed with 16 billion yuan of self-raised funds. The construction site of Weifang Middle School is located in the north of Dongfeng Street, south of Beigong Street, east of Siping Road and west of Yuhe.

The project is planned to cover an area of 2291 mu. The total construction area of the demolition is expected to be 741,100 square meters, and the total construction area of the new construction is planned to be 1,957,900 square meters, including 1.07 million square meters of residential buildings and 357,200 square meters of commercial and office buildings (the items will be implemented in stages, subject to the actual planning approval). Content of the project including but not limited to all projects within the scope of municipal infrastructure (including but not limited to roads, landscaping, municipal pipeline, underground parking, etc.) of the building, demolition and reconstruction engineering area on demolition and cross a flat, reconstruction of reserved area of all (including but not limited to, along the river Street business promotion, old residential area transformation, municipal infrastructure improvement, underground space transformation, etc.) project, demolition of all new construction within the new area (including but not limited to public supporting facilities, resettlement housing, new commercial, office, residential, etc.) project, a variety of intelligent projects.

This project is an epitome of Kuiwen District, which takes advantage of urban renewal to optimize and redistribute the existing land resources, achieve greater development benefits, and replace the cage with the "golden bird". After the completion of the project, 2500-3000 new jobs will be created. It is expected that the customer flow will exceed 20 million yuan, the sales volume will be 300 million yuan, and the profits and taxes will be over 10 million yuan in the first year. It will attract the consumption of the new middle class in the peninsula region, fill the blank of the absence of large shopping malls in the northern part of Weifang City, and become a new commercial landmark and a punching ground for Internet celebrities.
