On September 3, 2022, Sany SCC98000TM and SCC10000 crawler cranes jointly completed the hoisting task of "2.6 million t/a residue hydrogenation unit upstream protective reactor" at the construction site of "No.1 Project" in Shandong Province - Yulong Island Refining and Chemical Integration Project.

Ma Chenfei, the relevant person in charge of Shandong Gulf Hoisting Engineering Co., Ltd., said: "The reactor unit hoisted this time exceeded 1400 tons, with a height of 32.7 meters and a diameter of 5.6 meters. In order to ensure safety and efficiency, the single machine lifting and conveying method was used for hoisting."

The SCC98000TM operates under the condition of super lifting the main boom. The main boom is 72 meters long and the operating radius is 16 meters. The upper part of the reactor is hoisted. The lower part of SCC10000 hoisting equipment. The two cranes jointly lift the reactor, the main crane is responsible for lifting, and the auxiliary crane is responsible for delivery, so as to finally realize the reactor from horizontal to vertical. Then, SCC10000 unhooked, SCC98000TM lifted the reactor to the designated position, and fixed it after confirming it was in place. The lifting was completed.
