On the morning of October 8, 2022, the product roll-off activity of Zhongchuang Xinhang Technology Hefei Co., LTD was held in Xiatang Town, Changfeng County. Zhongchuang Xinhang Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, production, sales and market application development of lithium ion batteries, battery management systems and related integrated products and lithium battery materials. It is also one of the two battery enterprises capable of supporting more than three mainstream passenger car manufacturers in China. With a total investment of 24.8 billion yuan and an area of 1,250 mu, the project will have an annual capacity of 50GWh for lithium-ion power batteries and energy storage systems after completion. The first phase of the project started production on October 8, and the second phase is scheduled to start production at the end of this year. The third phase of the project signed on that day is planned to have an annual capacity of 10GWh and a total investment of 3.5 billion yuan.
