Railway: Speed up the Qiongzhou Strait Zhanhai high-speed railway operation; The Qiongzhou Strait cross-sea project is reserved in the future, and major projects such as Haikou - Sanya middle line high-speed railway, the southward relocation of high-speed railway around the island and the Haikou - Sanya sightseeing train are planned.
