Under the background of accelerating global energy transition, China's renewable energy system construction is accelerating. Recently, the 1.38 million kW wind power project of Jingneng International Tongliao Kolqin District was approved. This is the second large-scale wind power project approved by Jingneng International in Tongliao after the 1 million kW wind power project in Horqin Left Wing Back Banner, and the largest onshore wind power project approved by Jingneng International.

The project is located in Kolqin District, Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, with a total installed capacity of 1.38 million kW. After completion, the project is expected to generate 4.28 billion KWH of electricity annually and save 1.32 million tons of standard coal annually.
