On October 24, 2022, the world's attention focused mechanical feast - Bauma Germany Exhibition officially kicked off at the Munich Exhibition Center. This exhibition focuses on the digitalization and sustainable development of the industry. With a display area of 614000 square meters, more than 3000 domestic and foreign exhibitors from 58 countries gathered together to compete fiercely on the key tracks of new energy, electrification and intelligence.

On the first day of the exhibition, it began to rain in Munich. However, the enthusiasm of the exhibitors could not be stopped. In the outdoor booth FN618/10, the equipment dressed in "SUNWARD Green" are arranged in order and ready for "review" at any time.

In the excavation machinery array, 14 types of excavator and skid steer loader products are divided into two groups according to size. The first row is a small tailless excavator, a micro excavator and a skid steer loader. They have outstanding advantages in energy conservation, safety, intelligence and maintenance, and are popular with European customers; Then followed by the "Ace Zhongdiao" SWE215F excavator, which uses SUNWARD's third generation control technology and is matched with an electronically controlled positive flow large displacement main pump and a large bore main valve, with excellent control performance.

In the basic equipment array, the upgraded SWDM160S rotary drilling rig is "one of the best", equipped with 186kW engine, which meets the requirements of Euro 5 emissions. It is green and environmentally friendly. At the same time, it uses a large flow main pump to drive the load sensing system, which can meet the needs of complex working conditions and has higher construction efficiency.

In the high-altitude machinery array, five DC series electric scissor type high-altitude working platforms with a maximum working height of 6 to 14 meters are arranged in a row, and are driven by DC motors, which truly achieve zero pollution and zero emissions. The model is small and can even access the elevator freely, making transportation and operation more convenient.

The representative sent by the hoisting machinery array is the first small telescopic boom crawler crane SWTC5D in China that has passed the European and American CE certification. With a short tail and a small turning radius, it is suitable for operation in narrow areas. It has a self lifting support shovel and high operating stability. At present, it has been exported to high-end markets such as Hong Kong, Britain and the United States.

Agents and customers from Singapore, Romania, Norway, Bulgaria, Poland, Spain, Serbia, Australia, the United States, Ireland, Israel and other countries gathered in the SUNWARD exhibition area to ask or test drive, showing strong interest in various products.

Focus on green and intelligent

SUNWARD's products in this exhibition show three characteristics. In addition to the full range and multi-function, they are green and intelligent. In the exhibition area, many smart, green and electric equipment products independently developed by SUNWARD also made a wonderful appearance.

The first is the electric excavator SWE240FED. Once on the exhibition, this equipment successfully challenged the cold and anoxic environment of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau, it surprised four customers with its beautiful customized coating and outstanding advantages in green energy conservation, attracting customers' attention.

In addition, SWE20FED, another new electrified product, zero emission electric mini excavator, also made its debut at Bauma. This product has innovatively applied the layout design of oil and electricity partition and high and low voltage partition, which is more safe and reliable. At the same time, it has a variety of charging methods, which can be charged quickly or at home. It is convenient to use and has no anxiety about endurance, which fully reflects SUNWARD's technical strength in the development of sustainable new energy equipment.

The products presented at Bauma Germany this time are only part of the demonstration of SUNWARD's key cutting-edge technological innovation in digital, intelligent and green technologies in recent years, and there are more innovative achievements waiting for users to unlock.

In fact, the high-end market in Europe has been constantly forcing SUNWARD to keep improving in product design and manufacturing. Since its first participation in Bauma Germany in 2007, SUNWARD has been participating in more and more exhibitions with more and more products.
