According to Jiandao network learned that in order to accelerate the realization of carbon emission reduction targets, the Fujian Provincial Development and Reform Commission recently announced the 2022 centralized photovoltaic power station pilot project list, 16 pilot projects total scale of 1.772GW.

It is known that among the 16 pilot project types, 3 are offshore PV, 13 are offshore aquaculture and fishery light complementary. Among them, the largest single scale is the 300MW fishing and light complementary photovoltaic power plant project of ZhongEnergy-saving Zhangpu Old Town, followed by the 200MW offshore photovoltaic project of CGNPC Ningde Nuclear Power Plant thermal discharge area. There are 11 projects with a scale of 100MW or more.

The 16 pilot projects are mainly located in Zhangzhou, Putian, Ningde and Sanming. Among them, 10 projects are located in Zhangzhou, and 6 projects are located in Zhangpu. The scale of Zhangpu project is 768MW, accounting for more than 43%. The annual available light duration of Zhangpu is nearly 1130 hours. The local government proposed to promote the construction of centralized photovoltaic (PV) and the development of coastal fishery and light complementary PV bases during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.
