Some of the 11 groups of projects are resource integration and cooperation between central enterprises and local state-owned enterprises: China Rare Earth Group and Guangsheng Holding Group have cooperated in rare earth industry, scientific research, talents and other fields to promote high-quality development of rare earth industry; The intelligent manufacturing cooperation project between the Aviation Industry Group and Shenyang Aviation Industry Group is of great significance for the Aviation Industry Group to enhance its core competitiveness and promote local cultivation of aviation intelligent manufacturing enterprises with high level of specialization.

There are also new projects of collaboration between central enterprises: professional integration and industrial chain collaboration promoted by China Baowu and COFCO Group, which transform the advantages of both sides into joint forces for development; China Electric Equipment Corporation, State Grid Corporation of China and China Weapon Equipment Group have carried out cooperation and coordination in various ways in business, science and technology and other fields to complement the development weaknesses and form cluster advantages.

In this cooperation, Aerospace Science and Technology and China Telecom handed over the shares of non main businesses and non advantageous enterprises to Guoqi Asset Management Company for disposal and optimization.
