On the morning of Oct 30, 2022, the first pile foundation of the Fuyang section of the Fuyang-Mengcheng-Suzhou (Huaibei) Railway, which was built by the 12th Bureau of China Railway, began drilling, marking the substantive construction stage of the main body of the Fuyang-Huaibei high-speed railway.
Fuhuai high-speed Railway
It is reported that the Fuyang-Huaihe high-speed Railway starts from Fuyang West Railway station of Shang-He-Hangzhou Railway, passes through Lixin County and Mengcheng County of Bozhou City, and ends at the proposed double piling station of Huai-Shu-Beng Railway, which is a fast passenger transport channel from Fuyang to Huaibei. The total length of the railway is 142.5 kilometers, 37 kilometers in Fuyang City. The whole line set 4 stations, reserved Fuyang Yingquan station. Among them, Fuyang West and double stack for the connecting station, Mengcheng, Lixin for the middle station.

The skeleton of high-speed railway is composed of pile foundation and box girder. The first pile foundation of this drilling is No.1 pile of Pier 31 of Quanhe Bridge. The designed pile is 43 meters long and 1.25 meters in diameter.
The design speed of the Fuhuai high-speed railway is 350km/h, and the planned construction period is 3.5 years. Taking advantage of the implementation opportunity of the Fuyang Huaihe high-speed Railway project, the elevated station room of Fuyang West Station will be expanded by 8000 square meters.

It is reported that Fuhuai high-speed railway is the third high-speed railway that has been substantially started after the Shang-He-Hang and Zheng-Fu high-speed railways were put into operation in our city, which is the fast passenger transport channel connecting the northern Anhui urban agglomeration with the Yangtze River Delta region and the East Longhai Economic Belt.
