Project overview: The wind farm is located in the sea area in the southeast of Sheyang Estuary, the northernmost of the radial sandbar, about 65km offshore from the central point of the site, and the seabed topography has some fluctuations, with the seabed elevation of - 9m to - 20m. The total installed capacity is 1000MW. Two 220kV sea booster stations and one 220kV onshore centralized control center are newly built in the wind farm. The generated energy is collected to the 35kV bus of the offshore booster station, boosted to 220kV through the main transformer, and then connected to the landing point through four 220kv submarine cables. After landing, it is connected to the 220kV onshore centralized control center of the wind farm, and then connected to the system station.

The procurement of main engine and supporting tower equipment, fan foundation and fan installation works, and 35kV submarine cable construction shall be invited by the Tenderee in accordance with the public bidding procedure. During the bidding, the amount estimated by the Tenderee shall be included in the quotation, and finally incorporated into the EPC contract according to the Tenderee's bid winning purchase price.
