On the afternoon of November 3, 2022, on behalf of the Group's enterprises in Gansu, CECH Northwest Regional Headquarters participated in the provincial central local cooperation project coordination and promotion meeting held by Gansu Provincial Government. The meeting was chaired by Li Peixing, Vice Governor of Gansu Province, and Ren Zhenhe, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Gansu Provincial Committee and Governor of Gansu Province, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

At the meeting, the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Gansu Province first reported the current progress of central local cooperation projects in Gansu Province. Subsequently, the leading comrades of Lanzhou City, Qingyang City, Tianshui City and some central enterprises in Gansu made an exchange speech on deepening the development of central local cooperation. Finally, the governor Ren Zhenhe made an important speech. He affirmed the work achievements of the central local cooperation projects, and emphasized that the central local cooperation projects are an important "growth pole" of the provincial economy, and a powerful "booster" of the high-quality development of Gansu Province. He hoped to further shoulder the indicators, tasks and responsibilities in the central enterprises of Gansu Province. Advanced production capacity should be fully developed, and all kinds of projects can be accelerated, so as to tap the potential, expand the increment, and make new contributions to the completion of the annual goals and tasks.

Since CECH participated in the symposium held in Beijing in June 2021 on central enterprises helping rural revitalization and high-quality development in Gansu Province, the Northwest Regional Headquarters of CECH has taken the lead in in-depth cooperation with Lanzhou, Baiyin, Jiuquan, Zhangye, Qingyang and other cities, with the cumulative amount of newly signed contracts in the past two years exceeding 10 billion yuan, covering new energy power generation, pumped storage, hydrogen energy, energy storage, big data and many other fields, It has made positive contributions to the economic and social development of Gansu Province.
