China's scenic power and clean energy industries are thriving. On November 15, 2022, the People's Government of Honghe Prefecture issued a notice on the "14th Five-Year Plan" for Science and Technology innovation of Honghe Prefecture. The notice pointed out that during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the government will continue to accelerate the transformation of green and clean resource advantages into economic development advantages, continue to promote the deep integration of green energy strategy and green advanced manufacturing industry, and build a demonstration zone for the whole industrial chain of non-ferrous metals. To develop hydropower, thermal power, wind power, photovoltaic power generation, power supply and gas based green energy industries, and build the province's new energy development and utilization demonstration base, energy security base, international energy hub frontier.

We will carry out technological breakthroughs in the integration of scenery, water, fire and storage. Research and application of photovoltaic building integration, photovoltaic +5G, photovoltaic + energy storage + charging and other complete sets of application technologies and intelligent control systems, research on safe operation and disaster prevention and reduction technology system of hydropower projects, development of digital design and operation and maintenance technology of wind power, research and application of key technologies of large capacity energy storage. We will build 2.15 million kilowatt wind power projects, demonstrate the application of next-generation clean energy storage, and build an energy base that integrates scenery, water, fire and storage.
