The construction site of the Project is located in Shenmu City, Shaanxi Province.Project scale: the total length of the project route is 87.417 km; The Daliuta Jinjie Expressway is 61.732km long, with 38 bridges of 10102m, including 1 super major bridge of 1296m, 29 major bridges of 8403m and 8 medium bridges of 403m, accounting for 16.4% of the total length of the route; Liushumao, Huangte Laohai, Shenmu West Station, Yaozhen, Jinjie North 5 interchanges, 38 separated interchanges, Daliuta interchange connection line of 1.7km, and Minggaitu hub interchange are set along the whole line; One make-up free service area, six toll booths, one management center, one maintenance center and one traffic police camp are set up, which are jointly built with Huangte Laohai Ramp Toll Station; It occupies 6336.88 mu of land. Baotou Maoming connecting line is 25.685 km long; 9 bridges with a length of 337m; Three interchanges are set along the whole line, namely Nalinchadang, Erlintu and Hongjiannao; 25 channels; 1 toll station; It occupies 2756.59 mu of land.

The design speed of K1+700~K22+800 of Daliuta Jinjie Expressway is 100 km/h and the subgrade width is 26 meters; The design speed of the K22+800~terminal section of Daliuta Jinjie Expressway and Baotou Maoming connecting line adopts the standard of a two-way four lane expressway with a subgrade width of 27m and a speed of 120km/h. Daliuta connecting line adopts the technical standard of first-class highway, with a design speed of 60km/h and a subgrade width of 24.5m.
