The construction mileage of G4222 He County Xiangyang Expressway Shucheng Qianrenqiao Jinzhai Section is 170.5 km. The section from the starting point to Huoshan Hub is about 66.925 km long. It is a plain and hilly area, full grade separation, fully closed, two-way six lane expressway, with a design speed of 120 km/h and a subgrade width of 34.5 meters; The section from Huoshan Junction to the terminal point is about 103.575km long. It is a two-way four lane expressway with mountains and heavy hills, full grade separation, and full closure. The design speed is 100km/h, and the subgrade width is 26.0m.

It is planned to set 132 bridges of 42925m along the whole line, including 7 super large bridges of 8338m, 94 large bridges of 32668m and 31 medium bridges of 1919m. There are 6 tunnels with a length of 7755m, including 1 extra long tunnel with a length of 6650m, 2 long tunnels with a length of 2170m, and 3 short tunnels with a length of 1010m. The bridge tunnel ratio accounts for about 29.5% of the total route mileage. There are 12 interchanges. The whole line is equipped with complete communication, monitoring, charging and safety facilities, including 8 ramp toll stations, 1 management center, 3 maintenance work areas and 4 service areas.
