Construction scale: Jinghe Alashankou Section of Lanzhou Xinjiang Railway is located in the northeast of Bortala Mongol Autonomous Prefecture. The line leads from Jinghe Station of Lanzhou Xinjiang Railway, runs northwest along the west side of Ebinur Lake, passes through the east of Jinghe County, enters the east of Bole City after crossing Jinghe River and Bortala River respectively in the Eighty third and Ninety Regiments of the Fifth Division, and then runs parallel along the right side of S205, crosses the south ring road of Alashankou City and connects to Alashankou Station.

The main line of the Additional Second Line Project from Jinghe Station to Alashankou Station is 69.98 km long, the new Jinghe Huoxing Relieving Line Project at Jinghe Station is 3.38 km long, and the new Alashankou Comprehensive Inspection Field and related supporting projects. Among them, the main line of the new standard gauge railway is 10.251 km long, and the main line of the new wide gauge railway is 9.364 km long.
