The latest data released by the National Energy Administration shows that since 2022, China's wind power, solar power and other new energies have enjoyed a strong momentum of development, and the installed capacity has maintained rapid growth, providing a greener impetus for China's economic and social development.

By the end of October 2022, China's cumulative installed power generation capacity is about 2.5 billion kilowatts, up 8.3% year on year. Among them, the installed capacity of wind power and solar power is about 350 million kilowatts and 360 million kilowatts respectively, with year-on-year growth of 16.6% and 29.2% respectively, maintaining rapid growth.

At present, China has a complete new energy industry chain system. The cost of new energy development and construction is declining. Wind power and photovoltaic power generation have entered a new stage of affordable, non subsidized and market-oriented development.Editor/Ma Xue
