The route starts near Hongzhuang, Nanzhao Town, Yingshang County, Fuyang City, connects Shouxian (Baoyi) - Yingshang (Nanzhao) section of Hefei Zhoukou Expressway and G35 Jiguang Expressway, runs westward through Huanggang Town and Wanghua Town of Funan County, crosses the Beijing Jiulong Railway and Fuyang Huaibin Expressway under construction in the southwest of Gongqiao Town, turns northwest, passes through Huaji Town, Songji Town and Laoji Town of Linquan County, crosses the existing Chuxin Expressway, passes Weizhai Town and the west of Linquan County, It ends at the provincial boundary of Anhui and Henan in Wugou, Chengguan Street, Linquan County, and connects Shenqiu to the provincial boundary of Anhui and Henan in Henan Puyang Hubei Yangxin Expressway. The total length of the route is about 119.2 km.
