On the afternoon of November 24, 2022, the signing ceremony of the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement between Puyang Municipal Government of Henan Province and Hydrolink Shanghai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was held in Puyang Guest House. According to the agreement, Puyang Municipal People's Government supports SHT to build a hydrogen energy science and technology industrial base in Puyang, and radiates and drives Henan, Hebei, Shandong and other places through application demonstration based on Puyang.

According to the agreement, SHT will build a hydrogen energy science and technology industry base in Puyang, with a total investment of about 8.5 billion yuan, covering ten core projects, including new energy power generation, green energy electrolytic hydrogen production, energy comprehensive supply station, hydrogen power system R&D and production, hydrogen fuel cell system and stack production, new energy technology research institute, hydrogen energy key material R&D center, hydrogen energy ecological intelligent transportation platform, and hydrogen energy dedicated vehicle R&D and manufacturing, The total construction period is about 7 years.

At the signing ceremony, Yang Qingjiu, secretary of Puyang Municipal Party Committee, delivered a speech, expressing gratitude to all leaders and guests for their concern and support for Puyang, and introducing the city situation, especially the development of hydrogen energy industry. He said that at present, Puyang's hydrogen energy industry ecology of deep integration of "production, education and research" has been preliminarily formed.
