On November 27, 2022, the Beijing Public Resources Trading Service Platform announced the "four electricity" integration in front of and behind the stations of the Sichuan Tibet Railway leading into the Tianfu Chaoyanghu section of the Chengdu hub and the announcement of bid winning candidates for related projects. The project is divided into four sections, with a total bid price of about 7 billion yuan.

Construction site: Chengdu, Sichuan

Construction scale: The project is located in Chengdu and Meishan, Sichuan Province. The line starts from Tianfu Station of Chengdu Tianfu New Area after completion, and then leads to the Ya'an section subgrade of Chaoyanghu Station of the existing Chengdu Ya'an Railway after passing through Tianfu New Area, Shuangliu District, Xinjin District, Pengshan District of Meishan City, Qionglai City and Pujiang County of Chengdu. The Project is an important infrastructure supporting the construction of the economic belt in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River and the Silk Road Economic Belt, an important part of the Sichuan Tibet Railway, the fastest and most convenient main passage for passenger and freight transportation into and out of Tibet, and a material guarantee passage during the construction of the Sichuan Tibet Railway. It is positioned as an inter regional fast trunk railway with mixed passenger and freight lines. The newly-built Sichuan Tibet Railway leads into the Tianfu Chaoyanghu Section of Chengdu Terminal from Tianfu Station of Chengdu Zigong Railway to Ya'an End of Chaoyanghu Station of Chengdu Ya'an Railway, with a main line length of 80.327km.

Division of bid sections: this bidding is divided into four sections, with the bid section numbers: TCZH, TCZQ-1, TCZQ-2, TCZQ-3,

TCZH bid: the quantities include communication, signal, information, disaster monitoring, power and electric traction power supply, tunnel lighting, all production and living houses and ancillary works in the station area, station buildings, water supply and drainage, vehicles, machinery and ancillary works., Mileage/scope: "four electricity" and production supporting housing project behind the whole line.

Lot TCZQ-1: The project quantity is: 3 complex super large bridges on the main line, spanning the Chengdu Renmin Expressway Super large Bridge, Fuhe Super large Bridge and Chengdu Kunming Railway Super large Bridge, 14.5km long; Shuangliu beam yard, responsible for the fabrication, transportation and erection of 630 hole box girder; Relocation of roads and ditches; Comprehensive utilization of borrow and spoil; Large temporary works., Mileage/range: main line mileage DK0+000 ~ D1K29+734.612, including Tianfu right line bypass section DYK0+000 ~ DYK1+839.466, with main line length of 29.771km.

Lot TCZQ-2: the project quantity is: 2 complex super large bridges on the main line, Minjiang River Super large Bridge and Pujiang River Super large Bridge, 16.9km long; 2 tunnels, Guilin Village Tunnel and Baiyang Tunnel, 2.1km long; Xinjin South Station; Puxing beam yard is responsible for the fabrication, transportation and erection of 305 hole box girders within D1K29+735 ~ DK38+200; Relocation of roads and ditches; Comprehensive utilization of borrow and spoil; Large temporary works., Mileage/range: main line mileage D1K29+734.612 ~ DK58+533.482, main line length 28.971km.

Lot TCZQ-3: the quantities are: 3 tunnels and open cut tunnels, Yangxiangzi Tunnel, Pujiang Tunnel and Yanggeng Tunnel, with a length of 0.6km; Shou'an Station; Pujiang Station; Shou'an Beam Yard is responsible for the fabrication, transportation and erection of 756 hole box girders within the scope of DK38+200 ~ DK80+139; Relocation of roads and ditches; Comprehensive utilization of borrow and spoil; Track laying works of the whole line; Large temporary works., Mileage/range: main line mileage DK58+533.482 ~ DK80+139.473, including the bypass section DYK78+890 ~ DYK81+581.017 of Chaoyang Lake right line, with a main line length of 21.584km.
