On November 27, 2022, the announcement of the candidates for winning the bid for the dam enclosure project of Qingdao Guanlu Reservoir Project has been released. The project is divided into four bid sections.

Project overview

The total storage capacity of Guanlu Reservoir is 210.7 million m3, and the project scale is large (2). Main construction contents: including dam enclosure, connection of water diversion from the Yellow River to Qingdao, inbound pump station, Qingdao outbound pump station, high-density outbound pump station, flood discharge air raid shelter, diversion works of the Ink River and Shunxi River, management facilities and information engineering, with a total investment of 9.151 billion yuan.

The dam enclosure works of Guanlu Reservoir include the dam enclosure, the dam crossing part of the inlet pump station, the dam crossing part of the high density outlet pump station, the dam crossing culvert of the Qingdao outlet pump station, the flood discharge air raid shelter, the diversion of the river course of the corresponding dam enclosure section, the seepage interception ditch and other civil works, water and soil conservation, environmental protection and related temporary construction works.

Bid section 1: civil engineering, monitoring, metal structure, electromechanical and related temporary construction works, environmental protection, water and soil conservation, etc. for the dam enclosure stake No. 10+800~12+689, the dam enclosure, the warehousing pump station and the dam crossing part of the high density outbound pump station in the 0+000~1+000 section, the river diversion and seepage intercepting ditch in the corresponding dam enclosure section.

Bid section 2: civil engineering, monitoring, metal structure, electromechanical and related temporary construction works, environmental protection, water and soil conservation, etc. for dam enclosure, flood discharge and emptying tunnel, river diversion of corresponding dam enclosure section with stake number of 1+000 ～ 4+000

Bid section 3: civil engineering, monitoring, metal structure, electromechanical and related temporary construction works, environmental protection, water and soil conservation, etc. for the dam enclosure of 4+000~7+000 section, the dam crossing part of Qingdao outbound pump station, and the river diversion of the corresponding dam enclosure section.
