On November 29, 2022, Shanghai Public Resources Trading Center released the bidding announcement for the S32 highway interchange reconstruction project of the T3 terminal of Shanghai Pudong International Airport. The project belongs to the municipal industry and the tenderee is Shanghai Hushen Expressway Construction and Development Co., Ltd. The total investment of the project is 3.4 billion yuan.

Project overview

Construction site: it starts from the east road of S32 highway main toll station in the west, reaches the planned MRT base in the east, reaches the south bank of the existing paddock in the north, and reaches the north of Yanchao Highway in the south.

The main line and interchange ramp of S32 highway reconstructed in this project are about 4.9km long; New S32 auxiliary road, about 2.8km long; Two new ground roads with a total length of 822m, including the auxiliary road of Lianggang Avenue with a length of 622m and Donggang Road with a length of 200m. The construction contents include road works, bridge works, electrical works, water conservancy works, as well as traffic signs and markings, lighting, greening and other ancillary works.
