The world's first 7MW anti typhoon floating fan went offline in Hainan
- The 7MW anti typhoon floating fan customized for the deep sea environment can withstand up to 17 typhoons
On November 30, 2022, Mingyang Group Dongfang CZ9 Offshore Wind Farm Demonstration Project will be started, which will be built into a three-dimensional marine energy innovation and development demonstration project of "offshore wind power+marine ranching+hydrogen production from seawater" in the era of no subsidy. The total installed capacity of the project is 1500MW. After being put into operation, it is estimated that the project can provide 4.95 billion kilowatt hours of green power for Hainan every year, and power for 2.06 million ordinary households in a year.
At the same time, MySE7.25-158, the world's first 7MW anti typhoon floating fan, was officially launched. This unit is customized for the profound sea environment. It adopts the world leading semi direct drive, typhoon resistant and floating technology, which can withstand up to 17 levels of typhoons and deal with complex ocean currents and waves. A single unit can output 36 million kilowatt hours of clean electricity every year, which can meet the needs of 10000 families of three for one year, reduce the consumption of coal by 6500 tons, and reduce the emission of carbon dioxide by 18200 tons.
At the same time, the first 10MW offshore megawatt wind turbine made in Hainan was also offline. The unit adopts advanced aerodynamic airfoil design blades and is equipped with pneumatic kit technology to achieve high aerodynamic efficiency. 240m+super large impeller diameter, sweeping area of 45240m2, equivalent to 6.5 standard football fields. With reliable design, excellent typhoon resistance, competitive power generation and excellent economy, it leads the new journey of offshore wind power parity.Edit/Ma Xue
