Sany Heavy Energy signed an investment promotion agreement with the People's Government of Balikun Kazak Autonomous County. The company's megawatt intelligent wind power equipment manufacturing industrial park is planned to be located in the Green Industrial Park in Dahe Town, Balikun County and Santanghu Town.

The total investment of the project is 9 billion yuan. It is planned to build an annual capacity of 2 million kilowatts megawatt intelligent wind power equipment manufacturing industrial park, a 500000 kilowatt wind storage new energy project and a 1 million kilowatt wind power hydrogen and ammonia production project, supporting centralized control and big data center, and a carbon management platform. Build a "zero carbon industrial park" through direct green power supply, energy conservation and emission reduction system construction and other measures; Introduce the "green electricity green hydrogen green ammonia" industry, coordinate the introduction and promotion of hydrogen fuel heavy trucks, build an application demonstration project integrating new energy power generation+hydrogen production from electrolytic water+green hydrogen green ammonia+hydrogen fuel heavy trucks, and form a local consumption demonstration project based on the demand of Balikun County chemical enterprises for green hydrogen green ammonia and the application scenario of coal chemical industry for hydrogen fuel heavy trucks. The construction period is from December 2022 to December 2025.

This cooperation will promote the company's industrial layout of hydrogen and ammonia production from new energy power generation, broaden the company's potential performance growth points, and have a positive impact on the development of the company's new energy business on the basis of expanding and strengthening the main business of wind power.
