Recently, CRSC North Africa Regional Center has received the award letter of the EPC project of Marady-Kano Du Chai Standard Gauge railway communication signal from Portugal's general contractor MOTA-ENGIL. This marks another stage victory for CRSC to enter the African market, and also means that the CCTS-0 Chinese railway standard has been successfully implemented in the African continent once again.

According to reports, the Maradi - Kano - Dusai standard railway connects the northern Nigerian country of Niger Maradi, south through the industrial town of Kano and finally connects the northern Nigerian city of Dusai, the project length of 391km, a total of 19 stations, 6 yards and control center equipment, for the passenger and cargo mixed line.

The project will connect with the existing standard gauge modern railway, and after completion will accelerate the country's industrialization and urbanization process, which will play an important role in promoting Nigeria's economic and social development. Editor/He Yuting
