Project overview

This project mainly includes newly built stock. Among them, the new part includes: drainage system quality and efficiency improvement project and smart water project; The stock is mainly the second and fourth sewage treatment plants in Chenzhou, with a total capacity of 100000 tons/day and supporting pipe networks.

The cooperation period of this project is proposed to be 30 years, including 3 years of construction period and 27 years of operation period for the newly built part; The operation period of the stock is 30 years. The cooperation period starts from the effective date of the PPP project contract and ends on the 30th anniversary.
