Recently, the consortium formed by Xi'an Survey and Design Institute and Nuclear Industry Jinhua Construction Group Co., Ltd. won the bid for the EPC project of environmental protection and dust removal system transformation of Chongqing Iron and Steel Xichang Mining Co., Ltd., with the winning amount of more than 42 million yuan.

The project is located in Chongqing Iron and Steel Xichang Mining Co., Ltd., Taihe Industrial Park, Xichang City, Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province, 12km east of Xichang City. The project plans to carry out technical transformation on the existing dedusting system in the beneficiation workshop and the new workshop, take comprehensive and effective measures on each dust producing point, dust producing equipment and transfer link in the production process, purify the waste gas and control the dust diffusion and escape. The contents include the design and configuration of bag type dust removal system in the coarse crushing room of the beneficiation workshop, the crushing and screening bag type dust removal system in the new workshop, the environmental bag type dust removal system, the dry fog dust suppression system, ventilation and air conditioning, etc. The mining institute undertakes the project.

After the completion of the project, it will effectively reduce dust pollution in the production process of enterprises' mines, improve the working environment, ensure the health and safety of employees, and make contributions to the local ecological environment protection. Editor/Zhao E
