This strategic cooperation between Jianxi District High tech Zone and Dongxu Group mainly relies on the industrial layout of Dongxu Group, combines the "3+1+1" key industry development orientation of Jianxi District High tech Zone, carries out cooperation on "new energy and hydrogen production equipment", builds a new energy source and hydrogen production equipment industrial park integrating R&D, manufacturing and sales, and promotes the strong, complementary and extended chain of Luoyang hydrogen energy industry.

The signing of this project is a major strategic measure of Dongxu Group to promote the upgrading of new energy and hydrogen production equipment products and achieve industrial transformation and upgrading. Dongxu Group plans to select Luoyang High tech Zone and invest 5.5 billion yuan to build Luoyang New Energy and Hydrogen Production Equipment Industry Project.
