Saudi large-scale chemical project

The project is located in Jubail Industrial Zone, Saudi Arabia, using UOP technology to build a new 1 million tons MTBE production unit in the existing factory. The scope of the device includes three main devices of n-butane isomerization, isobutane dehydrogenation and MTBE synthesis, with construction of other supporting public works.

After the completion of the project, it will become one of the largest MTBE plants of SABIC and even the entire Middle East, which marks a solid step for Sinochem in the petrochemical upstream industry chain and further consolidates the company's market position in the Saudi petrochemical field. At the same time, it creates a broad space for providing local employment opportunities and improving the manufacturing level of the local petrochemical supply chain. Also signed at the same time is the Ibn Zahr C4 low-temperature recovery project in Sabic, Saudi Arabia.

Indonesia International Port Project

Recently, China Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement with the Indonesian Dumai City Government and the India-China Business Council in the Indonesian Office for the Berseri International Port Project in Dumai, Indonesia. Paisal, mayor of Dumai, Wu Mingli, chairman of the India-China Business Council, and Zhang Xiaoqiang, deputy general manager of the company, attended the ceremony.
