It is the tallest hotel building in the world , won three design awards: Best International Hotel Architectural Design, Best Hotel Architectural Design in Arab Countries, and Best High-Rise Building Design in Arab Countries.

Oasis Hotel Project: The Qatar Oasis Hotel project undertaken by CRCC Bureau 18 is the first five-star hotel project undertaken by China Railway Construction Corporation in Qatar. The project is located in the Khan Khalifa District in the east of Doha, adjacent to Airport Road on the south side. The total construction area is 93,105 square meters. The main building of the hotel has 13 floors, of which the basement 3 floors are banquet halls and parking lots, and the 10 floors above ground are halls and guest rooms. This project refreshes the new height of the buildings near the Doha East Coast Airport, and faces the west coast business district buildings across the sea. After completion, it will become a new landmark building on the East Coast of Doha.
