The the Belt and Road Youth Innovation and Heritage Forum is an international youth cultural exchange event held under the framework of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development of the United Nations and the the Belt and Road Initiative proposed by China. Xia Zehan, head of the UNESCO Representative Office in China, said in his online speech that the world is currently facing a series of global challenges, such as the COVID-19 and climate change, which are intertwined and overlapping.
