On December 19, 2022, Lishui Public Resources Trading Network released the prequalification announcement of the investors for the Yiwu Longquan Section (Lishui Section) of Yilongqing Expressway. The project belongs to the industrial highway. The tenderee: Lishui Highway Port and Transportation Management Center. The total investment of the project is about 24.945 billion yuan, and the construction and installation costs are about 14.906 billion yuan.

Project overview

Yiwu Longquan Section (Lishui Section) of Yilongqing Expressway starts from Niutoushan Tunnel in Lianzhu Township, Suichang, and connects with the end point of Jinhua Section of Yilongqing Expressway. The starting point is K105+380.741, and the end point is K201+359.906.

The total length of Lishui Section is about 96.243km, including 8.217km in Suichang County, 47.663km in Songyang County and 40.363km in Longquan City. Three hub interchanges and six general interchanges are set up along the whole line. Facilities along the line include 2 toll stations and 7 service areas, 5 tunnel management stations, 1 management sub center and 1 maintenance area. A 6.293km Lianzhu interconnection line and a 2.294km Longquan North interconnection line will be constructed simultaneously.

The main line of the project adopts the standard of two-way four lane expressway, the design speed is 100km/h, the width of integral subgrade is 26.0m, and the width of separated subgrade is 2 × 13.0m; Longquan North Interchange connecting line adopts the standard of two-way four lane first-class highway, with design speed of 80km/h and subgrade width of 24.5m; Lianzhu Interchange connecting line adopts the standard of two-way two lane secondary highway, with design speed of 60km/h and subgrade width of 12.0m. Section K126+927.9996-K132+830.307 of the main line is a common section of Longli Expressway. The original subgrade width of Longli Expressway is 24.5m, with four lanes in both directions and a design speed of 80km/h. This time, six lanes are widened on both sides, with a subgrade width of 33.5m and 4.5m on both sides. The distance between Songyang Service Area and Xiping Junction is relatively close, so they are connected by auxiliary lanes to form a compound interchange. The two sides are divided into eight lanes, the subgrade width is 41.0m, and the two sides are widened 8.25m.
