Recently, under the leadership of China Railway Construction Kunlun Investment Group, CREEC, as the sole survey and design unit of the consortium, formed an investor, won the bid for Sichuan Luzhou Gulin Expressway Project, and undertook the survey and design of construction drawings.
The total investment of this project is about 30.3 billion yuan. Among them, Luzhou Gulin Expressway Project is the connecting line S39 in Sichuan Expressway Network Planning (2022-2035). After the completion of the project, another expressway corridor from Chengdu to Guiyang will be formed, and it is also an important part of the new land and sea corridor in the west. The project starts near Quba, Naxi District, Luzhou City, and connects with G76 Xiamen Chengdu Expressway. The route runs from north to south into Xuyong County and Gulin County, and connects with Gulin Jinsha Expressway under construction, with a total length of 100.15km. The main line of the project adopts the technical standard of fully controlled access and full interchange six lane expressway, with the design speed of 100km/h, subgrade width of 33.5m, and bridge and tunnel accounts for 73.88%.
