On January 6, 2022, Tianmen held a centralized signing activity for the 2023 investment attraction project. There were 19 projects signed on site, with a total investment of 33.716 billion yuan. Among them, the 50Gwh lithium iron phosphate large cylindrical electric core and pack integrated industrial base project was planned to have a total investment of 26 billion yuan, which is the largest manufacturing project introduced by Tianmen City, Hubei Province so far.

The 50Gwh Lithium Iron Phosphate Large Cylindrical Battery Cell and Pack Integrated Industrial Base Project is invested and constructed by Aerospace Lithium Battery Technology Jiangsu Co., Ltd. Its main products focus on battery cells, covering the upstream supporting material industries such as cathode materials, cathode materials, diaphragm materials, electrolyte materials, etc. The project is constructed in three phases. The total investment in the first phase is about 4.7 billion yuan, which can realize the production capacity of 5Gwh battery cell and 5Gwh battery pack.

The 38910, 38121 and 46800 standard battery cells independently developed by the company use the vehicle gauge level large cylinder battery cell technology and fully automated production equipment of Tesla, with four core advantages of safety, fast charging, low temperature and process.
