On January 11, 2023, the Zhejiang Department of Transportation issued a tender announcement for the survey and design of Qingtian Section of Qingtian to Wencheng Expressway. The project belongs to the industry highway, and the Tenderee's Qingtian County Transportation Project Preparation Center, with a total investment of about 8.36 billion yuan.

Project overview

The starting point of the feasibility study scale of the project is located near the Qingtian Interchange of Jinliwen Expressway, with the starting point stake YK0+000. A T-shaped junction is set here to connect Jinliwen Expressway, and the Oujiang Bridge (154m steel truss beam) is set to cross the main channel of Oujiang River at one time, and then the G330 and Jinwen local railway, and then the Gumolong Tunnel is set to cross the mountain, and the Shixi Interchange is set to cross the Jinliwen High-speed Railway Lakeside Bridge after the tunnel. The route of the project mainly passes through Hecheng Street, Ounan Street, Zhangdan Township, Renzhuang Town, Tangyang Township and other towns in Qingtian County from north to south. It leaves Qingtian County in Lishui City and enters Wencheng County in Wenzhou City near YK32+044. The terminal stake of the project is YK32+044, with a total length of 32.044km. The total estimate of the project is about 8.36 billion yuan, of which the construction and installation costs are about 5.87598 billion yuan. It is estimated that there are two places crossing the Jinliwen freight railway and the Jinliwen high-speed railway, and the estimated construction and installation cost is about 263 million yuan.

The total length of the main line bridges in the project feasibility study scale is 7694m, 120 bridges, accounting for 24% of the total length of the route. Among them, there are 3 super bridges with a length of 2824m, 16 large bridges with a length of 4810m, and 1 medium and small bridge with a length of 60m. The total length of tunnels is 20434m/9.5, accounting for 63.8% of the total length of the route, including 11764m/1.5 extra-long tunnels, 6885m/5 long tunnels and 1785m/3 medium and short tunnels. Three general interchanges, one hub, three ramp toll stations, one management sub-center, one maintenance work area, two tunnel management stations, and one parking area are arranged along the line, and necessary traffic management rooms and facilities are provided. technical standard

In addition, about 1km of Shixi Interchange connecting line will be built according to the standard of Class II highway with a design speed of 60km/h. The main line of the project adopts the technical standards of two-way four-lane expressway in the Technical Standards for Highway Engineering (JTGB01-2014), with a design speed of 80km/h, a width of 25.5m for the integrated subgrade and 12.75m for the separated subgrade.

The bidding documents and supplementary documents of the project are distributed by online download. Online download time of bidding documents: January 11, 2023 to January 17, 2023. The deadline for submission of bid documents is 14:30 on February 6, 2023.
