Recently, the T3 terminal area and supporting facilities construction project of Guangxi Nanning Wuwei International Airport was fully launched.

Project overview

The total investment of the project is 19.8 billion yuan. A new terminal building and related supporting facilities of 432000 square meters will be built. The designed annual passenger throughput is 34 million. The project is expected to be completed in 2027. After the completion of the project, the operating efficiency of Nanning Airport will be comprehensively improved.

Innovative design

The check-in hall of T3 terminal has innovatively set up an air viewing platform. Through the air viewing platform, passengers can not only enjoy the flight of aircraft, but also overlook the overall landscape of the terminal, and enjoy a unique sensory experience.

The T3 terminal will fully adopt energy-saving technology, set up a 12000 square meter roof photovoltaic power generation system, comprehensively improve the overall operation performance of the terminal, build a green airport adapted to the characteristics of subtropical climate, and enable passengers to share the green development achievements in a comfortable waiting environment.Editor/Ma Xue
